Please email seraphiqueshop@gmail.com with your order number and return request to ensure your purchase is eligible for a return. Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return address. Kindly let us know which carrier you choose and the return tracking number once it is available.

seraphique offers a 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturer defects, allowing you to request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.

• Once we receive the refunded item it will take up to 5 business days before we issue the refund.
